The work

Run commercial, substation/transmission and utility-scale solar/storage electrical projects from award to closeout: budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing and manpower planning with the superintendent.
Own the relationship with the general contractor and the owner, keep the job documented and protect the margin.
Buy out subcontractors and major gear, track procurement and lead times, and keep crews supplied.
Join preconstruction early: budgets, phasing and constructability with the estimating team.

What they are looking for

5 or more years managing electrical construction projects, ideally with time in the field as an electrician or foreman.
Comfortable in Bluebeam and CMiC, and in reading plans, specifications and contracts.
A record of finishing projects on schedule and on budget, and a valid driver's license for site visits.
Day to day you will handle change orders, bid packages, subcontractor buyout, preconstruction and closeout and billing.

Pay

Pay: $110,000 to $145,000 a year. That is what this role pays in North Carolina at the experience they are asking for. The employer did not publish a figure; the final number is set with them based on your experience.
